Hear ye, Hear ye... Hayes named 73rd NRF King

Kyle Hayes, the City Manager for the City of Beaumont, was unmasked April 7 as King Neches LXXIII at the Event Centre in downtown Beaumont. 
 

Hayes has successfully led as city manager since his appointment to the position in 2002 at the age of 33. Over the past 19 years, Hayes has successfully worked alongside three mayors and an ever-changing city council to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Beaumont.
