BPD searches for man, missing teen

Beaumont police investigators say they’re searching for a 42-year-old man who reportedly has a missing 15-year-old girl with him.

According to a report from BPD, Scott Joseph Courville Jr. is described as a 42-year-old white male, 5-foot-8, 180 pounds, with a brown Mohawk hairstyle. Officers say Courville was last seen wearing camo shorts, a blue or red Polo-type shirt and military boots. He has a missing 15-year-old Caucasian female with him, identified as Abbie Marie Segien. She is described as 6-foot-1, 230 pounds and was last seen wearing a red Houston Rockets jersey and capri-style blue jeans with yellow stripes down the side.

“They are both on black mountain bikes,” BPD reported. “They are possibly near the Plant Road area in Beaumont or the Hike and Bike trails. If you see them, call Beaumont Police Department at (409) 832-1234.”
