Beaumont Farmers Market reopens for spring

The Beaumont Farmers Market has returned for the spring and is open every Saturday, from 8-11 a.m., rain or shine at the Beaumont Athletic Complex, between Langham and Dowlen, on the south side of College under the basketball court. 

Beaumont Farmers Market vendors are all within a 150 mile radius of Beaumont and is a producer-only market, which means all produce a farmer sells has been grown on their farm. The produce selection will vary depending on the season. Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early for the best variety as farmers often sell out by the end of the Market.

“We saw a great number of shoppers come through the Market in 2021 and are looking forward to growing the Market even more in the new year.”  said Rebekah Maxwell, Market Manager. “As the Market grows, we hope to bring in food assistance programs to help make locally grown foods more accessible to the greater Beaumont community. In order to do this, we are looking for help by hiring a Market Assistant to work about 10 hours a week on food assistance programs and reporting.”
