After Brandon Faircloth left PN-G High School for Sulphur Springs, the PN-G administration immediately began to search for their new head football coach and athletic director.

They have since turned to legendary high school football coach and Port Arthur Thomas Jefferson graduate Todd Dodge to be a consultant in the hiring process as well as staying one year to "help mentor" the selection, which was first reported by KFDM 6 News.

Dodge, 58, went 233-72 in his Texas high school coaching career and won seven state championships, including three in a row at Southlake Carroll and the last three years at Austin Westlake, where he will soon retire.
