LISD forms transportation task force

With the end of January, Lumberton ISD administration announced the formation of a Transportation Task Force Committee. The committee is comprised of parents/community members, transportation employees, district and campus administrators, teachers, and school board members.

Meetings are planned in the near future to discuss the current steps the district has taken to recruit and retain bus drivers, as well as collaborate and share fresh new ideas to bring to Superintendent Dr. Tony Tipton.
