A day after the city’s first vaccinations took place, Beaumont confirmed 51 new COVID-19 cases, according to data from the city's Public Health Department.

According to that data, 17 Beaumont residents have died this week from COVID-19. Physicians suggest residents purchase a pulse oximeter to monitor oxygen saturation. If that level drops below 92, immediate medical attention should be sought.
