Police in Orange arrested 36-year-old Orange resident Norris McGhee for public intoxication on Sept. 25 after receiving a report in regard to a possibly intoxicated person in the 1100 block of John Avenue just before 9 p.m. The caller reportedly told police that the man in question was lying in the parking lot at the location, and when police got there at about 9:10 p.m., the man, later identified as McGhee, had taken off most of his clothing - pants, shoes, and socks.

Officer Justin Kirkpatrick reports that he and other officers responded to the scene, and he spoke to McGhee.

Randall St. Julien Hancock has had a few run-ins with the law, if reports from the Orange Police Department are any indication. He made an appearance in the department’s reports (again) Sept. 25, when police picked him up for a warrant, and the officer who made the arrest reports he suspects at the time of the arrest the man was high on PCP (again).

Police in Orange have arrested a suspect they say admitted to being high on PCP after responding to a call of a disturbance on Monday, Sept. 8, at about 11:18 p.m. When they found the man lying in the middle of the road, he reportedly started removing his clothing - all of it.

Orange resident Elmus Andrews was arrested for public intoxication Monday, Aug. 25, after the Orange Police Department received a call at about 2:16 a.m. from a concerned citizen who said the suspect was having "some type of religious experience" in the middle of 16th Street.

Two men were arrested Tuesday, April 9, when sheriff’s deputies found marijuana, MDMA (Ecstasy) and 30 grams of liquid PCP (Phencyclidine) during a traffic stop. Orange County Sheriff’s Office narcotics deputies initiated the stop at approximately 12:20 p.m. near the intersection of Dayton St. and Western St. in West Orange.
