Police say they have found the man responsible for the murder of Nicholas Rosen, 22, of Bridge City, after a drug deal turned deadly in northern Beaumont.

Multiple shots were fired through the back window of this Nissan Altima.

A Bridge City man has died some two weeks after he was shot in the head in a drug deal in north Beaumont.

In a press release, police identified Nicholas Rosen, 22, as the deceased, saying he died April 18 as a result of a gunshot wound to the back of the head suffered on April 4.

Police said Rosen was a passenger in a Nissan sedan buying drugs in the 10000 block of Gage Street when, shortly after completion of the drug deal, an unknown suspect opened fire into the back of the vehicle, striking Rosen.
