A woman’s search for her sister ended in tragedy after the body of 41-year-old Tami Diane Higginbotham was discovered in Newton County on Friday, Feb. 15.
Joshua Latham, the man wanted for a felony probation violation in Orange County and for questioning in the Tami Diane Higginbotham missing persons case, was arrested at approximately 8 p.m. on Feb. 14 in Maryville, Tenn.
