Orange County Sheriff asks for public assistance with string of burglaries

In an urgent news release, the Orange County Sheriff's Office is currently requesting help from the public in catching the culprits of multiple recent burglaries in Orange.

News Release from Sgt. Chad Hogan:

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office, along with several other agencies, are currently investigating some daytime residential burglaries in various neighborhoods throughout the County. Most of the burglaries have occurred during the workweek in the daytime hours.

Investigators are asking for your help with any information on suspicious vehicles or activity in the neighborhoods. If you see a suspicious vehicle or someone in your neighborhood that looks out of place, please contact the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

If you can safely obtain a license plate number from any suspicious vehicles please do so.
