Beaumont’s century-old Tyrrell Historic Library reopened its doors to the public last week, after Hurricane Harvey and Tropical Storm Imelda damaged the building.
The library sustained water damage in Harvey, leading to an extensive, three-year renovation endeavor that just met its conclusion. For more information regarding improvements made to the library, pick up a copy of The Examiner Jan. 30.
