Ford Pavilion will host the first ever Mass Chaos Tour with co-headliners Godsmack and Staind on Tuesday, April 24 with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

A rock concert this big means it can only be held in one place — Ford Pavilion. The Mass Chaos Tour with co-headliners Godsmack and Staind sharing headlining status will roll into Beaumont on Tuesday, April 24 with gates opening at 5:30 p.m. with a showtime of 6:30 p.m. Also performing will be Halestorm and Man Made Machine.

I’ve been a Shinedown fan since the early days, IE: Leave a Whisper, so I never miss a chance to see and listen to Brent Smith’s vocals. I last saw the band in 2010 when they headlined the inaugural Carnival of Madness Tour (Aug. 21, 2010) at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion hear in Houston.

It would be somewhat of a fib to say the Toadies are back though they took a small break several years ago. The alternative rockers from Fort Worth have decided to return to the stage and bring along some new music with them.

Rumors swirled last year that Saliva would be no more. The once Grammy-nominated and platinum recording rockers that gave us hits such as “Your Disease,” “Click Click Boom,” “Always” and “Ladies and Gentlemen” would end its 15-year run after singer Josey Scott left the band at the end of 2011.
