For over 20 years, the Honey-B Ham Company,  off of Calder, has been serving Southeast Texans some of the best soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch. The old fashioned shop has made a name for itself for not only offering a fast meal with friendly service, but for also having premade meals ready to take home with you on a moment’s notice.

Crown Pizza has made a name for itself for selling unique pizza in Beaumont and has even sparked the interest of a few competitors, and the restaurant isn’t even a year old yet. The brainchild of Willy Burger owner Colburn McClelland, Crown Pizza’s name came from an old sign from a motel on Highway 90.

Whether you head down Flint Road off of South Major or take Highway 365, be sure to follow the quiet Labelle Road to great food and wonderful atmosphere. Pine Tree Lodge is a fun, family-friendly place to enjoy from-scratch entrees while relaxing on the water. The restaurant has been many different establishments, from a lodging office to a biker bar.

Since 2011, the Swanson’s have been jumping around Beaumont to find the perfect place to expand their brand, and it seems they have found their sweet spot.
