Nearly three decades after recording his No. 1 hit, “Lookin’ for Love,” Johnny Lee continues to wow audiences with ‘real’ country music. Allow me to preface this with a warning: This band is not for the faint of heart. Stunt Cock is based out of Austin,Texas and play a crushing blend of metal, hardcore, and straight up rock on their eponymous debut. The guitars come out chugging hard on the track "Wishes and Fairy tales", but throw a curveball with the almost too metal for metal guitar solos. On "Lou", the band go almost rockabilly with a raspy and rapid delivery nobody, including I, saw coming.
