Was it just me, or was that one of the longest and most boring Oscar shows in recent history? At one point, I jokingly told my guests that I would have to serve breakfast it Neil Patrick Harris didn’t wrap up that predictions-in-the-box joke which, unfortunately, wasn’t nearly as funny as he thought it was.

Cowboy Harley-Davidson will celebrate riding season with a street party and a gumbo cook-off along with a charity scavenger hunt on Saturday, Feb. 28, a great day of fun benefitting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Registration begins at 9 a.m. with kickstands up at 10 a.m. While bikers are out riding, gumbo cook-teams will be preparing their best, with tastes starting at noon and cook-off judging beginning at 1:30 p.m.
